Thoughtful design for modern living
Every plan puts the primary suite and a vaulted great room on the main floor, with the extra bedrooms on a daylight lower level or upstairs. Plans for Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7 are drawn. The rest will be released to the priority list first.
Room dimensions come from the builder's plan sets. Renderings are illustrative. Finishes, specifications, and finished square footage will be confirmed at release.

Seven new single-family homes on Lots 2 through 8, each on its own lot along Sandlot Court, with a turnaround at the end of the lane.
What style are the homes?

Yes for Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, with room dimensions from the builder's plan sets, right here on this page. Plans for Lots 2, 3, and 8 are being finalized and will go to the priority list first.
